Why are blog posts going to main url?

Our blog isn’t featured on our home page but has it’s own URL, ie. url.com/BLOG
However, all of the blog posts get posted to a URL that looks like: url.com/POST_NAME
is it possible to have blog posts show up under the blog URL, like this url.com/BLOG/POST_NAME ?
