Moving Database

I want to move my website to a new server but I’d like to have a complete copy of it on the other server before making any changes to the current/active account.

I’ve copied all my files and uploaded my database but when I try to log in to https://www.newdomain.ca/wp-login.php it accepts my login info but the page then goes to https://www.olddomain.ca/wp-admin.

Clearly I’m missing a step. Any advice would be appreciated.
