[Plugin: WordPress Advanced Ticket System] Great plugin and GREAT service

I bought today Wats Premium, but unfortunately experienced a strange error. There was apparently a conflict with another plugin.
I wrote to the publisher and got very quick reply. 30 minutes later the problem was solved. Super service and great thanks for a great plugin.
