Loading Error

  • My wordpress admin area always gives me 404 page not found errors when loading up any admin page. I need to refresh the page about 2-5 times for the page to load up.

    Any idea why this has happened?
    It was never like this when I started this site.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
