• I’m really really new to all of this so excuse my lack of knowing what anyone is talking about, but, I’ve managed to change the header images on a lot of themes fairly easily but there is no option to just simply upload an image from my computer for the Manhattan 4.2 theme. I assume I need to change something in header.php? It’s the best theme i’ve found so far but I really need to change the picture, hoping someone can help.

    Thanks

  • If you just want to change the picture in the header, then create the necessary image the same size with the same name and replace its original. That’s all. ??

The problem i’ve got is finding where to change that. On other themes that i’ve used it just has an image uploader which was simple but for this there is literally nowhere to simply change the image which made me think I need to change the code?

Usually, the picture header is somewhere here:
wp-content \ themes \ name of your theme \ images (may be even \ headers \).
Open each image in turn and see – which of them is in the title. Code no need to change for the sake of it – quickly find the picture ??

If you give me the link – i tell you where find your image ??

Sorry where would I find this? In the admin cp on wordpress?

still relevant? This is sought through FTP: how do you wordpress placed on the Internet? That’s the same way and look for the picture ??
