thoughts on my hunting website?

Just looking for some feedback during the development of my site. I am hoping to turn this site into a resource for local hunters here in South Carolina (stereotypical, i know). I am struggling with whether or not to have the user-submitted pictures the primary focus of the site, or useful resources to encourage users to come back to the site as an informational resource on local businesses and relevant articles.
