• If you are a browser-specific css guru I need your help! Please view https://www.nelsonjazzclub.co.nz in both Firefox and IE. You will notice the footer missing images in IE. I have tweaked and tweaked everything I know how to do. I would really appreciate some guidance from anyone who has a clue. Thanks.

I believe it might be related to the <div> tags… that’s as much as I have discovered.

I just checked it in IE. Along with the footer not displaying correctly, the second sidebar doesn’t show up at all in IE6. I looked at the code and you have a comment before the second sidebar that’s not closed properly.

The comment should be <!-- comment here -->, you have an extra exclamation point at the end of the comment. Firefox is skipping over that but it’s tripping up IE. So take that extra exclamation point out and you should be fine.

Running the site through a validator can help catch things like that. Here’s the link: https://validator.w3.org/

I so appreciate your time and response. I have learned something and feel so relieved you were able to discover my mistake. As it was in the template file, I will notify the owner too. Thanks again.

    No problem, you’re welcome.
