• im using Graphene theme. I’ve got some events etc i want to attend, so i use widget to put up a textbar on the right side, but i cannot add links OR small pictures to/of the events…. just plain text. Is it possible to add pictures/links at all, maybe? i want it to look something like this:

    NAME OF FESTIVAL 1 (with a link to it’s homepage)
    <small thumbnail/picture>
    01-03. aug 2011

    is it possible to make it look like that on the sidebar, perhaps?

    You can certainly do all that manually. Create a post that will stay as a draft, put all the content into it that you want in the sidebar, then go to the HTML tab of the post-editing-panel and copy the HTML code. You can then paste it into the sidebar and it should work.

    Alternatively you could try one of the Events Calendar plugins where you can keep track of events in the admin and it will have a sidebar display widget available for you to enable – not all of them show images, but some do.

    Hmm… so I have to delete cache EVERY single time I want to update the “Next convention”-sidebar menu?

    Also, how come my page loads SO immense slowly?!
