Some litle bugs must bu fixed

Hi. It will be very useful plugin, if developer correct some things:
– there is no CSS classes added in plugin file for future styling
– there is some bug in adding to already created letter – If You add some terms for “A” then for “B”, for “C”… and You come back to add another one for “A” – On Glossary page “A” is displayed twice!
