[Plugin: WpBook] Media in Facebook posts

  • Is there a way to get WPBook to include media in the facebook posts? I embed youtube videos in my post, and would like to habe the video included in the facebook post. It only posts the link to facebook and does not embed the youtube video in the post.

    Not currently possible. Sorry.

    Not a simple request, asn the plugin would need to filter the post content, use a regular expression to find each potential embed, translate that into what Facebook calls an attachment, and post as an attachment or array of attachments.

    Patches welcome. ??
