[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Add Headers, Text

Is there any way to insert things like headers or text into a managed form BETWEEN sections of fields? For a long form, it would be helpful to be able to break up the fields into sections. This is different from inserting a block of custom HTML between the title and the beginnings of the form fields… (Perhaps a “Non-Field” slug or “Text Block” slug?)

Or should I just built what I need as a custom HTML form?

And it would be VERY helpful to be able to re-order form fields without having to detach, go back, and rebuild. (I know, separate topic, but minor tweak )
