The feed being requested cannot be found

Hi!
When people try to subscribe to my RSS feed using google reader it is giving this message:
The feed being requested cannot be found

So my husband tried to subscribe via google reader and it gave him the same message. I noticed that the URL was this:

https://www.google.com/reader/view/feed/https://feeds.feedburner.com/intouchnutrition?source=ignitionfork#stream/feed%2Fhttp%3A%2F%2Ffeeds.feedburner.com%2Fintouchnutrition

intouchnutrition was my OLD website that I no longer own.

My website is https://www.healthfulsense.com
and my feed is https://feeds.feedburner.com/HealthfulSense

Why when people try to subscribe via google reader is it taking them to that strange URL with my old website in the URL?

What can I do about this??
