List formatting goes away!

I am just starting to set up up WordPress here:
https://www.waterstonewildlife.org/journal/As you can see, many of the entries will be in list format. The ul works fine on the index page posts. However, pages viewed from the Categories and Archives navigation lose the list formatting. The lists are being converted to paragraphs with line breaks. Here’s an example:

Is this a known bug or am I missing something? And yes, I did search. ??
