Themes across multisite

    If I have 10 blogs set up in multi site (sub domain) and I’m using a few themes across them, can I edit the style.css for each individual site.
    Ie. If I install the genesis framework with a childtheme I would like the themes to be unique for each site? And also use thesis, would I be able to have different custom.css for each site?
