Feeds not being uploaded

Hi,
My Articles aren’t uploading onto my RSS Feed for some reason. it got stuck on some old one back in feb and since then I’ve had about 50 articles added.
My RSS Feed is https://www.hostingandfree.com/feed
It has a redirect to the following:
https://feeds.feedburner.com/hostingandfree/gGuxCould you please advice?
