WordPress style changes upon login. Have to clear cache everytime??

This is sooo crazy! I will try and explain as best as possible.
My site will looks exactly how I have it now. For example here is a screenshot of the top portion of the “Works” page:

However, after I log into the admin page and then return back to the works page it looks like this:

See how the “Works” are now pushed up? This happens every time I log in. When I clear my cache it returns back to the correct way.

The only thing I can suspect is I had downloaded a cache plugin to make the site run faster (supposedly). I immediately deleted that plugin when I suspected that might be the problem.
