3.2 Installation Issue

When I try to auto update this is the message that I get:

Downloading update from https://www.ads-software.com/download/wordpress-3.2.zip…
Download failed.: Not Found
Installation Failed

And if I click the (Download 3.2) button, it says page not found. Is there any solution or do I have to manually download?
