[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] Infinite Redirect Loop

I’m using Domain Mapping 0.5.4 on WordPress 3.1.4. I have remote login enabled and the set up is subdirectory.
I’m experiencing infinite redirect loop when the user login to a domain mapped enabled URL.
We’ve made a temporarily fix by modifying the function remote_login_js()
[Code moderated as per the Forum Rules. Please use the pastebin]
We added a few error_log output for debugging purpose.
