editing page won't show up properly?

Okay so i JUST installed wordpress. it’s been problem after problem with my novice-ness (haha) but this one i cant seem to solve. I just finished the installation and when i go to mysite.com/wp-admin/profile.php , its all just white..there’s no theme or anything..just white space with the words. can someone help?
