Can't access main page or wordpress

Hello,

Yesterday, for no reason, my website stopped working. The main page is blank and when I put in my wordpress url to log in, it’s also blank. I haven’t done anything to the site–haven’t downloaded anything, upgraded, edited–anything. So I have no idea what’s going on.

Contacting my host and they say it’s something to deal with wordpress.
