twentyeleven nav hidden below slideshow

HI all

I have just upgraded to twentyeleven theme and have nearly set it up to how I would like it. My only problem is the navigation menu gets hidden below certain NextGen slideshows. I dont know if this is twentyeleven or NextGen fault. Does anyone know what is going on here?
