Problem in installation of Theme (Thumbnails Not Apearing)

  • I have installed a there named Signal8. Tried lots of ways but but not able to make images apear in home page.

    I have 2 Files

    1 is theme it self and other is PSD files

    Dont understand where i need to upload my PSD files.

    Can any one tell me some thing about this
