Upgrade to 3.2.1 breaks admin

    Just tried to auto-upgrade my site and now I get a blank screen for admin.

    the first time I pressed update, it gave me an error because of incorrect permissions on wp-register.php

    I fixed that and hit the update button again

    blank screen for anything in the wp-admin subdirectory

    Any suggestions on where to start debugging?
