Changing the text on the Follow icons

I have the Follow sidebar setup to display as text only. Vimeo displays as “viemo.” I’d like to resolve the issue but can’t find where this is located in the code.

Additionally, I’d like to be able to change the name to something completely different if and when necessary. Can I get a pointer as to where this information is stored in what file?
