No formatting on the dashboard

I’m fairly new to WP so this might be something simple…but any help is appreciated!
When I log into the dashboard, this is what I see:
I’ve deactivated all my plugins and I’m upgraded to 3.2.1
What else might I need to do? My site is fromthisoneplace.com, if that helps.
