Mistakingly Unistalled

Hi

I am creating a wp site and stupidly erased the wordpress folder from my server. When I uploaded it again I went to try and log in but it wouldn’t let me.

I have since deleted the database, created a new one in the hope this would help me.

I went to the exact folder it should be in, but nothing
