• Troubleshooting my RSS feed shows feed validation errors. However, I don’t know how to fix the errors. How does one fix repetitive channels? How do I edit the feed to fix the errors below?

    This feed does not validate.

    *

line 14, column 124: channel contains more than one feedburner:browserFriendly (3 occurrences) [help]

    … urner:info uri=”creationsbykara/xqlr” /><feedburner:browserFriendly /><f …
    ^

In addition, interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

    *

line 52, column 0: Invalid HTML: malformed start tag, at line 22, column 594 (2 occurrences) [help]

    <img src=”https://thecsipr

    *

line 111, column 0: content:encoded should not contain script tag (2 occurrences) [help]

What file affects what gets returned for RSS requests?

If this is the wrong place for this question, please tell me.

What’s the URL of your website and the URL of your RSS feed through FeedBurner? Providing these will help the support forum sort these issues out.

We need access to the raw feed file – not a Feedburner url. Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    The RSS URL is:
    https://www.creationsbykara.com/feed

That gets re-directed (with a Redirection plugin) to:
    https://feeds.feedburner.com/creationsbykara/XqLr

If I deactivate the Redirection plugin, then the validator says the feed is valid. Maybe I don’t need that plugin, but I added it because all my old subscribers were not getting current posts. They have the creationsbykara.com/feed URL. As soon as I added the Redirection plugin they got all the posts up to the current one that day. So I thought that plugin was necessary and good. But since then, they have not been getting new posts. That’s why I’m checking out the RSS validator.

I don’t know how to fix this. I don’t know if the validator even matters. I just want my old subscribers and new subscribers to get a functioning feed.

Try using a Feedburner plugin – not a redirection one.
