Button Images Not Displaying?

    I have a site that is for some reason making some of the submit-type buttons not show, although the path seems correct to them and they are in the folder (have checked through ftp). Can anyone please tell me why they might be displaying like this? Here is are the two pages that the issue appears on (the first page had the issue, and the second page’s theme was copied from the first):

    See the Contact widget on the right, or the newsletter widget as well. All of these that seem to be having the problem are widgets.
