Charset issue

    Recently we have strange character displayed in new posting like :

    You know we love maxi dresses here on YourNextDress??especially during the spring/summer season when it’s the best time to wear them.

    The MySQL server charset displayed as : UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
    PHP 5.2.14
    MySQL 5.0.92
