Question on BuddyPress

Hi there, I have a quick question, I’m using BuddyPress on my dad’s site and he asked me if it’s possible to limit the creation of groups to only the admin, which in this case is himself, is there any roundaround that I can write directly in the code to just have him or any other designated admin to create groups and not the other type of users?
