Create RSS feeds from my posts

Hello everybody, what I want to do is really simple. I want to automatically create RSS feeds out of my blog’s posts and offer to users the possibility to subscribe to this RSS feeds.

I found many plugins that offer the possibility to display RSS feeds already created but not even one that takes the summary of each post and convert it in digest feed.

Anybody knows how to do it? Thanks
