Incoming links widget not working

  • Hi,
    I have been guest posting quite a bit the past few months, and I always get a backlink back to my site.

    However, the link only shows up in my “incoming links” widget on my dashboard for 1-2 days then disappears forever. This has happened for every backlink I have gotten so far.

    Are the incoming links suppose to just appear on the dashboard for 1-2 days then disappear, or is it my fault? How do you fix this?
