Changed URL details changed and now cannot log into WordPress site

I made a silly mistake and thought to change the URL within the settings general page.
It was https://www.tiyamakwana.co.uk/home
I deleted the /home and clicked save, and thats it. Since I have been unable to log in or even get to the login screen.Can someone help please?
