custom post type needs other parent

    I have a custom post type named Testimonials. On a custom template page (tes-index) I list all the testimonials. That page is in my main menu. When I click on a testimonial i go to that page but in the main menu tes-index isnt current anymore. Blog is current. How can I change that?
