WP notifications aren't sent to specified email address

  • What could trigger, that Contact Form 7 does not forward the messages to the specified email account? It saves messages with the “Contact Form 7 DB Extension” plugin into the db.

    Comments/trackbacks notifications aren’t sent to the specified email address as well.

    What should I check?
