emails not sent for comments (Contact Form 7 working OK)

Hi, I’m using 3.2.1-es (Spanish) self hosted on Dreamhost (I did the installation myself, didn’t use their standard ‘quick-install’).

Since the site doesn’t have much trafic, it only had 3 comments detected as spam (I guess by akismet).

Now I tried sending a comment myself and it gets marked as spam and, in any case, it doesn’t send any email to me.

I don’t know if mail is supposed to be sent to the site admin when a spam comment is detected. In this case, this is failing.

Otherwise, why a comment that only says ‘test’ is marked as spam?

Note that there’s no problem with the mail system itself, since I have Contact Form 7 installed and working (that is, mail IS sent whenever I fill the contact form).
