Search broken when not on index PLS HELP

I’ll give a shiny quarter to anyone who can figure this out.

My search works FINE when I use it from the index.php, but if I search while in another page, category, static page it just turns up a broken page. this is some kind of path problem, I think.. can anyone fix it or help me… pleaseee it is driving me bonkers. oh my site is https://dearcrissy.com
