How to add and fix an image to the bottom of the screen

Do you want it to appear in the footer?

hi,

not in the footer.

I want it to appear at the bottom of the screen, no matter where you are on the page.

I tried playing around with position:absolute but couldnt get it right

Place a <div> with a class at the end of the footer.php just before the </body> tag. Then apply css properties to the class in your style.css. So it should be as follows:
<div class="footer_banner"></div>

.footer_banner{

	height:67px;
	margin:0 auto;
	display:block;

Change the image URL if needed

position: fixed; should work;

example, possibly be added just before the </body> tag:
