SHARE THIS & ADD THIS with WordPress

  • Can you grab an already written article from another website online that has the Share this or Add this feature and put it as a Post on your WordPress website? I have attempted to do so and when I input my site address it goes to my site ( I see my header and all) but says Page not Found. So my question is, can you really add articles as post to a WordPress site?

    Anyone PLEASE Help? I need to know how I can post up articles from another site into my blog. I have been handicapped on my blog for about a week because of this. Help guys please…anything would be appreciated. Copy and pasting just does not look that nice.

    So what you’re asking is how to scrape other sites for their content? And you’re asking this in a thread related to a social networking plug-in?

    The content on their site is theirs; you copy it, you break copyright. Rather than investing time trying to find ways to scrape content from other people, why don’t you just invest the time writing unique content?

    You’re not bringing anything new to the web by just scraping other people’s hard work.
