[Plugin] Categorising Plugin ?

I am looking for a plugin or hack that makes it possible for users

to create a website by using drop down menus that will make it

possible to sort them in a way that they can be presented in tables.

It′s not easy to explain but an example will do:

User uploads file and puts it into sections “addon” “free” and “version 2”

Users will be able to see a table that can be sorted according to version, price, and downloads.

Another example can be a website, where this is in action:

(sorry, it′s a kids website) EXAMPLE

Does a plugin like this exist for wordpress ?
