• I have a feeling that you will all tell me I need to hire a professional for this, but here goes.

My website is hosted by Aphotofolio – https://www.whenpigsflydogtraining.com. As part of their service, they install a blog for the sites they host. I have no idea what version, or any of the other technical questions. I put 3.2.1 on the subject line because I had to put something. I can access the blog via ftp so if there is a place to look it up there, let me know and I will retrieve it.

When we try to log in as Admin, it does not recognize our password. We hit the reset button. It sends us an email with a link, saying to click on the link to re-set the password. We click the link. The link takes us back to a log in screen saying an email will be sent to us to re-set our password. It goes that way in an endless loop.

I cleared my cache and cookies. I did go via FTP and delete the plug-ins folder, which is what everyone seems to suggest. I still can’t log in, now I don’t have a plug ins folder, and I have no idea how to re-install it.

I’m new to this but not a stupid person. Seriously, how hard should this be?

    Thanks,
    Jane Killion
