Website Hacked by Amin Safi

I have a wordpress site with a static homepage and several other pages, as well as a blog page. The blog page was hacked by “Amin Safi the Tunisian Hacker.” If you click on the blog page this is what appears. The hack only affects the blog page. Furthermore I went into my dashboard, copy and pasted all of my blog posts to a Word document so I could save them, then deleted the blog page. However when I created a new page and assigned it as the posts page in settings, it also came up with the hack page. So it seems to be tied to that feature. Is there anyway I can fix the problem without having to delete my site completely and start over on a new account?
