• I get a 404 every time I try to view my page. I was getting the 403 (re: FAQ) and added index.php to my list of default documents (placing it first). After that, I refreshed my 403 –> to be returned with a 404.

All of the files are the default directory.
This is a new installation, using WebMatrix. I’d imagine this has something to do with IIS, since the site loads fine in that application. But, after upload, I get a 404 on any page that starts with mydomain.com…

Fixed! – Had failed to enable CGI on the web server. A bit of a doh! moment, but that was the problem. Enabled it by opening the Computer Management Launcher, and Adding Role Services to the web server. In there, I checked the box for CGI.

I then uninstalled, and then re-installed PHP 5.3.6, selecting the option to install FastCGI during that install process.
