Reference theme, widget bullets don't show

    I am using the Reference theme on https://signalsafeguard.com. In the sidebar at right, I have sections for “Features”, “Benefits” and “Certifications”. I have used the opening

      and closing

    on each line and cannot get the bullet to display.

    I have found this code in the CSS and changed from none to circle with no luck.
    ‘ul {
    list-style-type: circle;
    }’

    Any ideas?
