Carnt update to 3.2.1

Hi
Strange… when I try to perform a automatic update, installation fails with the message:
The file could not be copied.: /hsphere/local/home/kaldmigcmf/5thvision.dk/wp-admin/css/colors-classic-rtl.dev.css

Any ideas??? Should I trash the css??
