Only Homepage comes up

Hi –

Website https://chinalatindiaries.com/ has WP installed at root level. It recently experienced security malware issues which have been resolved. However I believe WordPress has been affected.

Only the home page comes up. Trying to click on a post, a NOT FOUND error comes up. Everything as a admin logged into WP seems normal.

I already have reinstalled WP, but the problem is still there.
