where is It? Search and Replace Plugin

    I downloaded and activated the search and replace plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/search-and-replace/

    The Screen shot shows that it is in Settings, and the installation instructions say “Got to Tools -> Search/Replace”. However, in my WP ADMIN, after I activate the plugin, I do not see the plugin in either Settings or Tools. How can I find the activated plugin in my WP ADMIN in order to use it?
