Cannot delpoy

    I configured W3 total cache and tried the preview. It all seems to work.
    However, when I click to deploy, nothing happens. No message is given, the plugin page just reloads.

    I checked the install tab and verified that the wp-content permissions are ok.
    Do i have to paste the rewrite rules in .htaccess?

    I tried to completely uninstall, remove all the files and reset settings to default.
    If I click deploy I receive the message
    “Preview settings successfully deployed.”
    and directly below that, the message:
    “Preview mode is active: Changed settings will not take effect until…”.

    Which one should I believe?

    I realized I’m stupid and that solved my problem ??
    If preview mode is enabled, changes are not applied until you click Deploy. Then, changes are applied and preview mode is still active.
    If you disable preview mode, changes are directly deployed.
    Is it correct?

    That is correct.
