[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] request for Rackspace cloud servers CDN
-
It turns out that if you are hosting on RackSpaceCloud Cloud Servers, and you use the RackSpaceCloud CloudFiles CDN, you can upload files to the CDN using what they call the “internal” interface, and you won’t be billed for any traffic moving over that interface.
To use it, you can just prepend “snet-” to the url.
For example, if the public url to upload/download is:
https://c4155.r55.cf2.rackcdn.com/somethingthen for the “internal interface” uploads, you can use
https://snet-c4155.r55.cf2.rackcdn.com/somethingAnd not be charged for the traffic.
(This will only work if you are hosting with RackspaceCloud, it’s an internal DNS only)
Can you please add this feature?
Thanks,
-Dan
