Change functions.php code, line 173 – whole site disappeared

I am in the process of setting up my blog and I stupidly decided to try and change the settings of the theme by fiddling with the code. I removed a section and now the whole site has disappeared.
Will my webmaster/hoster by able to restore the site to a specific time before I messed with the code? I had done so much work on it in the last week! HELP!
I can’t even access the admin screens.
